Norway’s been the pillar of interesting contemporary music festivals as of late. The “Ephemeral Sustainability” conference begins on October 31st and lasts until November 3 at Bergen’s ØSTRE – a contemporary gallery for Noise-Art and Electronic Music. Opening with Tore Honoré Bøe with two workshops on how to build your own Acoustic laptop, and closing with Ny Musikk’s Anne Hilde Neset as a panel moderator — there’s tons of goodies in between, and certainly worth the trip up for Oslo-ites.
